HT Solution exists because the path to a real remote career is still hidden behind paywalls, gatekeepers, and recycled theory. Most people stuck in dead-end jobs do not need motivation. They need a system, a network, and a seat at a table that is already winning.
That is what we built. A Discord-based training community, direct mentorship from people closing right now, and placement with vetted high-ticket offers and Ascent Insurance, an agency producing more than eight million in annual volume.

I'm Nick, I'm 16, and I'm still in high school while building HT Solution on the side. I started this because I watched people way older than me grind for years at jobs they hate, and I knew there had to be a better way.
I handle the operations side, the partnerships, and most of the behind the scenes work that keeps our members getting plugged into real offers. School is not the ceiling. It is just one room in a much bigger building.
Jose
Co-Founder · 19
I'm Jose, I'm 19, and I've been in remote sales since I was old enough to take a call seriously. On the side I run my own junk removal business, and yeah, I drive a Corvette C8 I paid for myself. The car is cool, but the work that paid for it is the part I'm actually proud of.
I run the sales training side of HT Solution. The scripts, the call breakdowns, the placement game. If you want to learn how to actually close on the phone and not just talk about it, that is where I come in.
